- pre :검사 직전 암모니아 검사

- a commercial chicken and rice dieta providing 33 kcal/kg0.75 : 통상 AD can이나 recovery 급이

- post : 6시간 경과후 암모니아 검사

- 결과 판독, pre and post간의 차이, 정상범위 이상의 상승 비교

 

적용 범위 : PSS, hepatocelluar disorders

 

단점 : specificity는 높으나 sensitivity가 낮음
